Eligibility of Student


The only point when checking for the eligibility of the student is age. The total number of schools in Delhi are 5401 which includes 2657 primary schools, 728 middle schools and 2016 sec/sr. sec schools. Preparing Documents


Documents are the most important part of the application of admission in a school. The school has every right to reject the application for when the authenticity of the document is unable to checkout. So, parents must be very careful before submitting documents. They should be up-to-date and complete as per the schools need.


Some mandatory documents required by every school are:


I. Birth certificate  Issued by the Municipal Corporation or an equal authority (Name of the child along with other relevant information such as DOB, Parents name etc. must be endorsed on the certificate and it should be duly signed by the Registrar of Birth).


II. Proof of Residential address As mentioned above.


III. Aadhar card of father, mother and child.


IV. Recent passport sized photos of father, mother, and or guardian, and


child.


V. Family photo


VI. Medical Certificate and Immunization certificate Issued by a registered


Medical Practitioner. Some schools ask for an original. 


NOTE: Different schools may ask for other more documents.




When all the steps are complete you should be ready to apply to any school that you find that fits right.
